Why You Want To Use Mailing Tubes For Photographs

About Me
Stock Investment 101: An Introduction

As a young teen, I was always confused by the stock market reports, performance, and volatility. In high school, we were required to study it and do a mock investment in a real stock to see what happened along the way. The ups and downs never made a lot of sense to me back then, but when I decided I wanted to invest for real, I started studying trends and triggers. I created this site to help others explore business investment through stock market purchases. I hope that the information here empowers you to take on your first stock market investment and watch it grow.

If you regularly mail photographs and you have had complaints about the condition they are in when they get to your clients, then you are going to want to make sure you are mailing them in a way that protects them best. When you are looking for the best way to mail out photographs, you want to consider going with mailing tubes. Here are some reasons why mailing tubes should be your packaging of choice for photographs.

The photographs won't get creases in them

A big thing to worry about when you mail out photographs is having them get to your client without any creases in them. Even when you send them in a large protected envelope, there are things that can happen that can cause creases to get in them. However, when they are put in a mailing tube, they will be completely protected from any creases as they make their way from your location into the hands of your client.

The photographs will fit perfectly

There are so many different sizes of mailing tubes that you can be sure your client's order will fit. You can get them in different lengths and in different circumferences. For orders with more photographs in them, you are going to want a tube that has a large enough circumference that you can fit a number of them in the same tube without needing to roll them tightly. Otherwise, it would be difficult for your clients to get their photographs to lie flat again.

The photographs will remain dry

If you aren't careful, then the photographs may end up getting a little bit wet if they have to make it through the rain. However, mailing tubes are made from thick cardboard that would need to be exposed to a large amount of water in order for that water to be a risk to the photos inside.

The photos can be prepared for shipment quickly

You are going to want to prepare the photographs for mailing with the same gloves you normally handle them with. Put a sheet of glassine between the photographs and roll them loosely and have glassine on the top and bottom as well. Use a small piece of tape to tape the middle of the roll to keep everything in place, so the photos are easier for your client to remove from the tube. Put them in a mailing tube that's a couple of inches longer than the roll. Secure the top in place and label it correctly. The photographs will now get to your clients in great condition.
